Shrimping 2009

Shrimping season opened on Saturday, May 3rd. We headed out with Duane, Nancy and Bryan. It was a zoo as usual. Lots of people concentrated on one spot. We had lots of people dropping right on top of us. We saw quite of bit of law enforcement out and about. We got our limits but had to work for it.

We went again on Wednesday, May 6. We had Duane, his brother Bob, Nancy, and Brad (from Kandi's office). Was worried about the weather with the wind picking up. Fortunately, it didn't materialize. We had to work to get our limit for 6 people. It rained the entire time.
