WFO

 

So I jumped on Stacy's boat along with Mike. There was a bit of a weather window for Sunday and since Stacy was going and needing crew, we went ahead and jumped on. Our 4th was a no show, so off we go with 13 pounds of chovies in the bait tank to about 39 miles SW. A little of a slow start for us with a few troll fish and some fumbled bait stops. We made up for it when things went wide fucking open on a bait stop that lasted for a good solid 45 minutes. Not bad for 3 guys.

Washington Tuna Classic 2013

Came in 6th place in the WTC with Stacy, Mike, Maarten, and Brian.

Neah 2013

Neah Bay was a bit of a bust. We only did 3 days instead of the usual week. The wind blew and blew and I wasn't comfortable taking everyone out in the open for a bumpy boat ride. We need to figure out how to make the trip and not get hosed by the weather so much.
